Terms & Conditions
1. This offer is applicable on all domestic flights bookings made with Yatra.com, between October 27, 2010 1400 hours to November 8, 2010, through Yatra’s website.
2. The Offer entitles a Yatra customer a chance to win Rs 5,000 (Rupees Five thousand only).
3. Eligibility to avail the prize money is subject to (a) payment confirmation (b) successful participation in the quiz by a specified link and (c) submission of a slogan.
4. In case of multiple bookings, only one reference number (Yatra YT number) will be considered in the lucky draw, which had the last booking.
5. 10 lucky winners will be chosen everyday, on the basis of the right answer to the quiz question and the slogan submitted.
6. The names of winners for each day will be announced / published on the site within 48 hours. Names of winning customers for weekends or holidays will be announced on the next working day.
7. The cheque for Rs 5,000 will be dispatched within two weeks of announcement of the winners’ names.
8. In case the winners do not acknowledge the communication (call or email or website) within 48 hours or in case of failure of delivery of cheque due to any reasons, Yatra.com reserves the right to reallocate the prize money to another customer. Prize amount will be dispatched through cheques only to the addresses within India.
9. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer running on Yatra.com.
10. The customer will not be eligible for lucky draw on cancelled bookings. Yatra reserves the right to reverse the prize amount in case of any cancellation.
11. This offer is only applicable on adult and child bookings and will not be applicable for Infant bookings.
12. This promotion is open to all Yatra Online Private Limited (Yatra) customers only. This offer is not valid for Yatra’s & other business associates’ employees, their family, friends & relatives.
13. This offer is not valid for Travel Agents. Yatra.com reserves the right to recover the prize money if such a case is brought or comes to Yatra’s notice.
